Hey mark, clarky here is one hell of a player man....everyone seems to only remember clyde...but clarky here is one of the true grandfathers man....

And my god...even the sound of the bass drum...so old school...just like how funk should sound until all the sound reinforcement crap kicked in...we should move with the times yes...but we must learn to love and embrace the past too....in fact, so many drummers now are reverting back to the old school sound....

well funkified, i assume u love funk from the name, i cld be wrong. alvin did hip u to the bass drum sound and i did offer up wat i thought was gd abt clark's playing. if u dun know it might be gd if u did alittle research outside of wat drummer's world has on their write ups.

sori to get frustrated dudes, cause everyone has diff reasons for posting on forum and i being naive think its because we all want to share wat we think is awesome and enjoy with fellow drummers. not everyone thinks like this actually the majority doesn't i feel. which is sad
