Mid pup for Ibanez S series

Hi, i am using bill lawrence on my S540 on the neck n bridge. My mid pup is still stock and sounds v thin n abit awful...

Anyone has any recommendations for replacements? Any experiences?

i asked this before on the other thread, and if I'm not wrong Tonezone S pickup is quite recommended for S series Ibanez

Thanks Sub... Was looking for a true single with mids for this pup... Is it reverse wound reverse polarity? For higher gain stuff, i use more of the humbuckers, so this is not much of a concern for me.

Im looking for one that sounds nice with my neck or bridge in pos 2 n 4. The current one is just too thin n jangy, esp on pos 4.

trying to make it more versatile, and since the mid pup is there, mite as well use it.

the STK S-2 is a 2-faced unit, being:

1. it sounds nothing like a single coil with lots of drive dialled in
2. it sounds very single coil with the volume rolled off

it's not reverse wound so you can't get that pos2/ 4 tone like that of a strat 8)
