thanx bro.you guys are good.not many bands in singapore have that grunge,hard rock feel.keep it heavy.
We are working on our 1st album which will be out by oct/nov.hope you guys are coming out with an album.
PS: it was a waste that last year`s world battle of the bands Withered Tree could not make it to hong kong.would surely have made an impact.

hi Jessen,
I listen to both ur songs. Just want to say my feel, I hope I don't sound as if I am "trying to be expert", I hope they are constructive to your future songs
I think the melody and arrangement is quite draggy and monotonous. The ups and downs can be increased to give the audience more things to expect. This is both in ur song writing where the range of notes can be increased (give some punch to the chorus), and also in your arrangement where u want to have more variations throughout the song.
I am not sure if u purposely wanted the vocal to sound laidback and with some "attitude". With attitude is a good thing, but it does sounds a bit monotonous and the pitch is not very accurate.
The drums is not "power" enough and quite loose in terms of co-ordination with the guitars. Tempo a little too draggy, u may want to up the tempo a little bit. And the 2nd song feels like "Civil War" of gnr, originality is very important (I don't see gnr in your influence, so maybe I am wrong abt this)
I do like that u are writing your own songs, it's a good start

As for my vocals,as you can tell i`m more of a sludge,stoner feel kinda singer.i would be doing my vocals again...haha ..guess i sounded a bit drunk.
Anyway,i just wanna once again thank you for this constructive feeback.

Sorry i forgot to add.we play originals.As you can see from the 2nd song it`s a rough mix.The songs that we write are what we play.lots of bands have their own ideas.that`s a good thing in singapore.So if we do have some changes here and there.. well..it`s our style
And for the record the 1st song is meant to be slow and mellow
for my vocals as you can hear i`m no boy band singer and sure as hell i`m not trying to be one.so pls do check our site .we will be uploading new songs .
