Marshall Amp

Hi, I got a Marshall Amp but I don't know how to set the overdrive and clean and EQ. Can someone please teach me? Thanks. I'm more into rock and blues and jazz.

this is very subjective. everyone here has a different preference on amp eq settings. some like to play bass as low as 3 while other like to play at 9. so yeah you might wanna go and google on amp settings. maybe you can try out some of those there and see what you like.

all settings will vary depending on your guitar. why not experiment? you'll discover a whole load more sounds that way

definitely play around with the EQ and find something you like.
We all ahve different EQ settings based on our guitars, type of music and personal preferences.

play with the EQ and understand more on how the EQ works. that will be a good thing to learn and it will be easier to find your preferred tone that way
