lsr roller nut

hey guys, any idea where i can get lsr roller nuts?
thanks in advance :)

You can check out at zen musicwerks...i wanted to changed to it but read an article in the Net that some users are having some "popped" sound coming from the LSR nut when doing high bends...
Kaycee did warn me that if i changed the LSR its irreversible unlike the bone nut type...

i've had no problem with my lsr roller nut. no popping sounds whatsoever with really high bends. i guess its subjective. and yes, installing the lsr nut is not reversible as it requires the nut slot to be widened.

Yeah i tot so too....anyway i read the article in a Fender user forum.Cant remember where exactly......

Btw dric what fender model are you using?American Deluxe HSS config?

The LSR roller nut will work well for fretboard radii of 9.5 to 12 ". If its a vintage radius or a flat 16" radius like an ibanez, it won't work well. And if the fretboard is rosewood or any darkwood, the original look can be restored quite well if you want to put back the old nut.

Another thing to note is, it might not work well with 11s or more. 9s and 10s are fine.

yeah, gonna try it on my samick fretboard, i think its vintage measurement, will try measuring tomorrow, btw i have no intentions of changing it back to the normal nut.. btw, my gauge is 10-52
anyway, where can i get them?

Hey man, i'm using it on my usacg.

yea as kaycee mentioned, its best for a 9.5" to 12" radius, works well on compound radius board too.

actually they'll still work fine with 11's on em. anything more than that tho then you'll have lots of problem.

hey dric, where did u get ur roller nut from? btw anyone got any links to the zen musickwerks, i cant seem to find it..

i ordered it online dude. along with all the other parts for my guitar. guitarpartsresource.com. they're at peninsular bro. or you can just ask kaycee directly, or post in the maestro forums.
