Hi guys!
I'm looking for a keyboardist and vocalist(female) on behalf of my band. We haven't thought of the band name yet though. Preferably stays in or near Yishun for jamming convenience. My bassist and I lives in Yishun and my guitarist stays in Woodlands.
Why Yishun?
We are lazy people who don't like to travel to jam. We often jam at Lee Kwong Seng but ocassionally we do go town to jam. To make things convenient for everyone in the band, we mind as well find someone who lives near. haha.
Why female vocalist?
To have a wider range of songs to play. (I know some guys have wide vocal range too! If you are one of them, please pm me ! =D )
What genre are we playing?
We play mostly rock and pop. Sometimes we do RnB, funk, latin or bossa nova. Ocassionally, we do some jazz.
Who are we looking for?
I've discussed this with my current band members and we all agree that communication is very important. Should we have a choice between a good keyboardist/singer who can't click and a lousy keyboardist/singer who can click with us, we'll choose the lousy singer.
As my bandmates and I are good friends, we hope to find bandmates who can join us not only as bandmates but also good friends eventually.
We are age 19 to 22. Age doesn't really matter as long as we can click.
