Looking for Studios for organising gigs..

Hey there fellow readers..

Just would like to ask, where can i find a cheap rental studios for a gig..

i dont really need much of a space.. maybe maximum of a 40-50 pax room?

not really a big hardcore gig.. just a mix genre bands gig..

the only reason i want a cheaper studio for a gig is because my fellow peeps wanna make this a free gig without selling tickets..

so mind helping out a chap here..

is there anywhere i could find?
