You got to be barback first what before get to bartending..always like that. And i tell you the shittiest job is barback. Serious...its really horrible to be as barback... especially kanna those arrogant bartender... but those are the stage that you got to go through before you be one...

me myself not really a cocktail bartender...more like housepour...lousy bartender.... im still learning... im lucky that i have many contacts and i no need to go through that barback stage... but sometimes i do barback...

its easy to be a bartender, but not easy to be a GOOD one.
