Looking for a guitar teacher for acoustic and electric

Im looking for a guitar teacher who is able to teach intermediate level acoustic and electric guitar techniques as well as essential music theory. Im mostly self taught so some of the things i would like to focus on include scales and how to solo over them as well as how to arrange music on the guitar.
