Thanks so much everyone! We will work hard and do even better in the next round! You can be sure of that! Thanks lots for the encouraging words and love!!! :) Support us okay?! :)

hate to say it but you guys screwed up the Hoobastank cover..lawl

but u guys kicked ass in the previous rounds

just saw you guys on the repeat telecast...andrea fonseka is freakin hot

cheers :D

Ken Lim commented that even Hoobastank don't sound like the album when they play live. So that's a consolation. LOL! Thanks for the encouragement!!! :)

Hey Chewy!!!.... When u gonna teach me play drums man??.... I've been waiting for the longest time..... since the Drumcosin forum days... where we had the drum exchange thingy.....

All the best to you guys!

hey chewy!!!

alfe the "drum exchange" fella here.. awesome to see you again, but on TV! heh

i'm still keeping the exchanges alive man.. drop by some time when ur free, i'm sure many of the kids will benefit from your experience and drumming!!!

cheers and rock on

did the the drummer say somethin like 'the guitar part for the reason is hard ot play' or something? after the guitarist cock up the opening

hopefully i can make it too! really keen to share ideas and help beginners turn on towards drumming! see you around alfe!

guitarist didn't cock up. the delay effect made it sound cocked up but it was 90% there. it is definitely difficult to play though.

hmm... the guitar intro for the reason is really quite difficult to nail it, on the dot that is.

if i recall correctly, after initial 2 eighth notes, the rest are upbeat eighth notes. the guitarist has a choice of doing alternate, down or up picking depending on his preference. thing is, 9 out of 10 guitarists i know can't nail it. well, i wldn't say i know the best guitarists in singapore, nor did i think they really sat down to get it really right (normally its rehearsal so we run through it just a couple times) but it is what it is.

sebas could do it though (didnt observe his picking choice though) shall ask simon to try it some time :P

after the rain...you guys should not be doing songs that are out of your singer's range. no bonjovi, hoobastank....
why not try radiohead, audioslave, fray, snow patrol....
remember this is a contest, live telecast, choiose your songs wisely...

here are some songs i hope you guys can consider doing....

LA woman - the doors

mama said - lenny kravitz

plush - stone temple pilots

i just died in your arms - cutting crew

or just take it acoustic and go for 'more than words' - extreme

I wasnt too keen on yr "break free arrangement" ...but at least you guys had better showmanship & posturing ....

BTW Freddy - one of yr member's dad - he's a guitar player too living in Clementi area? Looks familar...

after the rain

really sorry guys to say this but i think you just ruined a queen song.
to sing a queen song takes a great frontman who can entertain the crowd and got to have powerful vocals.please dont flame me for this :)
just my opinion

wow chewy u r freakin good lah...last part u double pedal rite when u crashing?it was the 19sep episode the one where the genre was rock...freaking good man and wad snare were u using?

hey, i watch you guys 'live' yesterday, pretty good stuff, but i also think that you guys are better in pop stuff..:)

but you guys are one of the best .

just watched the bon jovi cover on utube...

i would say ur vocalist didn't look like he was stretching his vocals enough even though he was already hitting his peak... so it gave me the impression that ur vocalist was capable of hitting higher notes cuz he didn't seem to be putting in much effort...

sustain more and show some "pain" or "i-putting-in-a-lot-of-effort" kinda look to give that visual effect which is so needed in live performances...

the song was transposed to a much lower key, or seemed to have been transposed lower than it actually was cuz of the "its-so-easy" expression.

other than that, i would say really tight!
