List for Vocal School Training

Yes it does of course!! To say otherwise is not what I mean.

What I am saying is, Nafa offers on campus academic classes such as music history, theory, harmony, counterpoint etc. Instrumental lessons for i.e. violinsts, trumpetists, flautists, singers, percussionists, happen outside of curriculum time at the student's own expense. So students all have to go for their own individual private instrumental classes to keep themselves up to speed and level of NAFA's demands to qualify for each exam year.

Cheers!

Man Vocals

My school is holding a concert to entertain guests.
And I need to be able to play 2 roles, man and woman.
At least sounds alike.. no need to be exact.
Is there a school that can train speaking in both?
It sounds pretty hard for me.
If done by myself, I certainly can't make it.
And I only have 5 rehearsals.

Hi Sinnery,

I'm a fan of classical Singing as well. I aspired to be an Opera Singer, however, only after I got into Echo Music, I realized that actually Singing requires different Techniques, also from the vocal instructors here, I was able to distinguish and get to know how to do different singing well.

From classical i.e Phantom of the Opera, think of me, Only an Ocean away, to Pop, to Rock and to Jazz. :)

Do take a look if you are interested, I've leave you a website http://echomusic.com.sg

I think you can call in for more enquiries ;P
Hope you will be able to find an answer to your question soon!!

As important as having your own trait, it'd still be better to open up to more variety of Singing. There are Jazz singing, Classical Singing, Blues singing, R&B singing, Pop singing, Rock singing, Metal singing, as far as the genre goes. Each has its art and specialty.

It's not about how well you can do one, it's about how well you can do most.
Just something I was taught.
Learn the way and find your own way :)

Warmest Regards,
Teacup

haha, usually u can google those school related to classical music. I used to be trained under a classical teacher. But you've to ask urself, what kind of voice u wanna condition into?

If ur looking for a good system, I highly recommend Speech Level Singing. I'd gone thru different systems & teachers, but the only system that really helps even til now is Speech Level Singing. You can google for local instructors. :)
