In the middle of a major exam now but really needed a break! This track is off Lincoln Brewster's Christmas album that was released awhile ago! DEFINITE must buy. Some crazy good stuff on this album, especially the instrumental track 'Miraculum'. Loads of solos on this album, making up for the lack of solos on his last record! Lincoln Brewster is a real inspiration to me not only in playing but also in many other ways. He's got quite an amazing testimony as well and he's the second out of two reasons why I bought a strat (John Mayer is the other reason haha)
Using the Axe Fx II, direct into my macbook pro via USB. Friedman HBE amp model but I do have a drive pedal that's on as well as a little delay.
Love how inventive the solo is with the open strings/harmonics. It's in Eb tuning so my guitar is a little out of whack here because it's set up for E standard tuning and the harmonics didn't really ring out that well. Strings probably need a change too!
Tried out some colour grading/correction with Final Cut Pro X, seems to be working well but I really need a new mac because mine is crazy slow whenever I try to do stuff on FCPX!
