Lights Out Inc Presents HELLUSION!!!

1 more day to hellusion.

Those who would like to come for RESURRECTION on June 6th could get the tix from me tomorrow at gossip bar.

must say that the drumset at the gig is UNACCEPTABLE.

apologies for the harsh words... but i've never played at gigs where the cymbals and hihat provided were OEM from a drum manufacturer... and they're warped and broken.

I'd like to thank the organisers for putting together this awesome gig and inviting us to play for an even more kickass audience. I would like to express my sincerest gratitude to all that went there and supported every single band despite the varying genres. You guys really made playing our hearts out worth every moment! Thank you guys!

Its true. My sincere apologies. When i booked the place the eq, eq setting and drum cymbals were perfect. The day when the gig starts, the manager comes in late, soundman changes and everything is different. Amps, Cymbals and eq setting.

This reply is not to justify myself cause there is no use on shifting blames as the gig has already taken place.

I assure you this will not happen to any bands that play under me again. I do know the equipment is equally important as the venue.

Once again let me take this chance to apologise to the bands about the eq. But the bands that played yesterday, you did a great performance. An awesome one in fact!!

Side Note : Sanity Obsure's Ep is great!! I have grabbed mine, have you grabbed yours? Get it from them by messaging them through their myspace.

you guys were great but errr.... the vox gotta interact with the crowd more in between songs lol. he's always turning ard to look at the drummer. :D

Noted. That does happen; that something was previously shown to be perfect condition and turns out crap on the actual day. True enough, most of the issues had to be pointed at the venue provisions (sound, mic-ing, drumset, amps etc) and not the organiser.

Sidenote: it would have been nice if the organiser introduced the bands or did some talking in between setups. Kinda awkward "silence"...

sori to not interact with the crowd that much firstly i was super tired from handling the vocals alone..which by right we have two vocals...but too bad that the place did not provide any spare mics so i was like wth just do it another thing is that..hahah i didnt wanna show my tired face thats why..but no worries the reason i didnt also was that coz of the time constrain that we had coz i didnt want my badn to get cut off short..think about wats the point of playing a full set of songs but ur getting cutt off barley half ur set..so i didnt wanna do much talking but just get on with the show...but no worries...it will not be the same for our future gigs...hope u guys understand..

hahaha yea i understand we were the last to play, i thot we werent gonna make it. was headbanging right in front with you. catch ya guys soon.
 
Sanity Obscure (SG) would want to thank everyone who came down for the gig. Those who supported us in front were a real killer bunch and it's cool to see so many people we haven't seen in ages! We hope to be back on the stage soon and provide with you guys some killer music!!!

Hey to all who attended HELLUSION!! I'm The lead guitarist for Midnight Rose(the band who covered old school metal:dio,helloween etc.) and i would like to thank all those who came down and supported our performance! Itwas a great experience playing to a great crowd..not to forget the letting us haf the chance to play our last song ! Thanks to all! \m/
