Dudes that live at Bukit batok, one way i know you can come down to ebenex is get off at kallang MRT and take 31. down to parkway. then you can see roxy hotel. 8)

it is recommended that you alight @ Paya Lebar station instead to board busses number 76/ 135. you'll reach Parkway Parade bus stop in 15min max.

31 will pass through the dreaded mountbatten/ old airport rd area which are jam prone even during non-peak hours.

other than 135 and 76, 197, 196, and 40 goes to Ebenex as well from Paya Lebar, in max 15 mins too.
