They are two of Singapore’s most well-known pianists and accompanists. Although best-known in the classical music scene here for their work as chamber musicians, the Low sisters are in fact prolific and versatile composers with a wide-ranging body of work which has been performed by pop artists from Japan to Malaysia including Chen Yi Yi, Vivian Hsu, Jolin Tsai and Mink as well as by classical musicians in Singapore.
With instrumental compositions that are often highly lyrical and melodic, set over harmonies that are enchanting in their simplicity, the Low sisters, together with fellow musicians on other instruments, present an evening that promises to be both heartfelt and personal.
