Lasalle SIA : A Question

Hello, I'm 16 this year, so next year I'm planning to go to Lasalle if it's what I think it is. I'm planning to take the Contemporary Music Course.

Now the thing is I don't know ANYTHING about this course, so I want to ask some questions which hopefully those who have been there can answer for me.

1. What are the teachers like?
2. What are the people who take the course generally like (Personality wise)?
3. How many people are there in this course usually?
4. What do they teach, What do you learn or do?
5. If you have taken this course, then how has it helped you? What are you working as now, or plan to work as?
6. What kind of music do they listen to? A rough description with hopefully a few examples would really help.

Okay, I know that's quite alot of questions, but I really need to know to really know if I want to go to Lasalle.
If you could answer any/all of these questions that would be a great help.
Thanks! :)

i have only 1 question for you - do you satisfy their admission requirement?

I don't know, I sent an email to them asking them for their requirements for the course I want to take.

But the ones that they state in the front page, regarding academic results and stuff, I think I would be able yes.

haha since you've e-mailed them, why not try sending them a list of your questions? Alternatively, why not just give the school a call, and maybe they can direct you to someone who'll be able to personally answer your questions.

lasalle's open house which is known to be called C-Day, will be held nexy friday, saturday and sunday. Feb 2, 3 and 4. i'm not sure what time i should reommend you to go thou.

you should go down on thoses days and check out all the booths that would be set up. you have the seniors of each course there to give you thier personal experience and you can converse with the lecturers who would also be there.

personally, im getting quite angry at lasalle. they raised the school fees by $500 the last semester. they intend to go higher next sem. :( And ironically, contact time with lecturers are getting lesser.

:( be prepared to be sucked dry when you go lasalle.
