Laney CUB10???

im using this cub 10 and i have to say it had very nice cleans and take pedals well.
the seperate gain control is pretty usable for cranking it. LOUD!

^ standard answers:

1. google is your best friend.
2. call the official distributor for laney to enquire, which is swee lee.

Lewis Hamilton playing guitar on the video!LOL!

well looks like with all the dim lights.

I had the opportunity to try it before anyone else here even heard about it.

Its not too bad as it has that british el84 chime and bite. Sounds a bit on the boxy side side though and seemed to lack bass and thump compared to my ac4tv. its cheaper than the ac4 though, so that may be sth to note.

^Pity it only comes in combo versions. Would you think that a bigger speaker size would help? The separate gain and volume control appeals to me when I want to get all the pre-amp drive. Hehe.

I'm still on for buying the AC4TVH and cab. But people are like saying. Buying the combo and cabinet even worth the money... Haha. Ized, yours is the combo, no?

i doubt u one of the ppl who follow others through hear say.. hehe
different guitars sound different on same small amps/cabs, surrounding is another factor to consider too

thats what i like about the cub10. the seperate gain control is really useful when playing loud but still can control the tone from breaking up with the gain control.

and with gain up, + a drive pedal...my windows tremble..shoik! down side is just that its a 10inch celestion... :)

Haha. Yeah I'm one of those who go "I say alot also, you never try for what?" But yeah, I just treat most things as guidelines. Haha. Yeah by the amp, I meant, forgetting about the surrounding, just the amp itself. And about the buying the combo and the cab. The combo is just abit more expensive that the head... Oh well, I don't know what to say. K forget what I said.

AC4TVH has an attenuator. Does about the same function, just not as levelled as what you can get. Works pretty fine with me though.

AC4TVH the cab is 12" celestions.

^^ yup its a 2X6v6 not el84, its got a bassier tone..not so much chime.but thats to my ears. :)
good that they put in ruby tubes instead of MIC or EHX tubes( not that i had a prob with EHX) in there. :)
