called them to enquire abt their alesis mixers as i was going to purchase one soon....no stock.
so he told me he'll reserve me one and it should be in the next week or so....took down my contacts and wad-nots.
one week later as promise, they rang me to let me know that the mixer is in stock and i went over promptly to collect it with no hiccups wad so ever. the service was everything but bad.
this is my smoothest 'reserve-sale' transaction so far, unlike others who make u wait three times the estimated time, i left the store a very happy man
