for me: EQ & chorus.

EQ: to ensure the bass is heard especially when playing with guitars/ drum

Chorus: for those who play clean (i do), the chorus adds sting to definition

For me, Drive pedal(built in 2 band EQ), Tube Pre-amp, Standard Compressor. Bass Combos usually come with EQ(although i never use it)

Aphex Bass Exciter ... or just get a compressor ... does the job well .. if not .. the programmable Tech21 bass driver .. or the sized down Tech21 bass driver ...

I'm still waiting for the exchanged product from the US.
Cause they don't seem to have a Singapore distributer on the International list.

yeah Yamaha brings in Aphex but according to the staff they move fast. So far I've only seen a Punch Factory at the one at Tampines and the Guitar Xciter at the one at PS. My friend and I enquired at PS about the Bass Xciter and the guy said it was out of stock.

i'm not sure about that .. maybe never update their list ... appeared lately at yamaha .. can check it out .. =) i saw one bass xciter at tampines yamaha the other time .. but i think sold out already ..
