Know any Japan's music forum in English?

I'd want to know any other similar forums like Soft.com.sg but in Japan. I've been here for a year but it's hard to find people to form bands with. My only hope is to score one time performance with Sg's band when I come visit Singapore one last time next year.

P.S both websites that i listed are more of an international base one. However they is one more local J-Rock forum...but i cant seem to recall it. Will get back to you when i find out..or you can ask the ppl around here for further help. The J-Rockers here, except for those who like to bully the so-called fan-girls (dun get me wrong..i m not referring to you...=)), will be able to help you.
