Keyboardist wanted

Keyboardist needed for a heavily Dream Theater-influenced band. Yes, we do progressive with slight metal elements in it. We are looking for someone of age between 20-25. However, we focus more on writing than covering songs. As such, the keyboardist has to meet these requirements:

-Knowledge of sound design
-Ability to deal with complex time signature changes
-Technique
