Japan Strat Question

Hi,

Would like to know which japanese strat has a satin-finished neck? Most of those I tried have that sticky polyester(I think) finish at the back.. which doesn't feel as smooth when my hand starts sweating.
I remember my Godin LG SP90 had a satin-smooth feeling neck.

How about mexican and american ? Which ones have the satin finished neck?

the pickguardless models are the ones festured in Fender's American catalogue- Jap models meant for the american market. the pickguard equipped models are for Jap distribution.

majority. the ones with a gloss coated neck are:

*Am Vintage 70s model
*Classic Series 70s Strat

right now, the best bang-for-dollar models are the Standard & H1.
