Rates starts as low as $17 per hour! SPECIAL RATE for Students/NS Men : Monday to Friday - 9am to 6pm - $12/hour
(No Heavy Metals &/or trash musics)

Building Parking Chargers at ;
Complementary / Free Parking Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday - from 7am to 7pm
Complementary for first 1/2 hour, subsequent 1/2 hour onwards @ $0.60
Parking close at after 10pm daily and reopen at 7am; meaning its FREE PARKING all the ways till before 7am next day... After which, will be charged an additional $10.00 for overnight parking.

JAMMERS NOVEMBER 2014 SPECIAL PERKS!!

A) Chargers for jamming rooms for 8 Studio Productions starts as low as $15/hour for Saturday from 9 am to 6pm, Sunday from 9am to 12am..!!! Minimum 2 hours booking, or else it'll be on normal rates.

Normal Rates for Weekends & Friday Night ONLY : $18/hour from 9am to 6pm, $20/hour for After 6pm to 12am.

B) SPECIAL RATE for Students/NSF Men : Monday to Thursday - 9am to 8pm - $14/hour
Friday - 9am to 6pm - $14/hour. Minimum 2 hours booking, or else it'll be on $15/hour.

Normal Rates for WeekDays EXCEPT Friday Night : $17/hour from 9am to 6pm, $18/hour for After 6pm to 12am.

C) SPECIAL FLAT RATE for ONLY drums practicing or single instrument/person's practice of $15/hour. Special exclusion for teacher student's practices & lessons.

D) With Every Jamming / Recording Bookings will be entitled to Buy One & Get One Free, One Double Shot /Single Shot Latte from our very Own Newly Open 8Cafe Corner.
