i just like the cymbals with good sound, what ever brand is it. but sabian seems provides alot of choice for each series. and the price is good, not to ex.

I just learnt that the founder of SABIAN is called ROBERT ZILDJIAN, son of Avedis Zildjian III. In short, the CEO's of SABIAN and ZILDJIAN are brothers... as in they have the same father.

Oh thanks for the info and yes they are from the same father. That's the reason also why the Direct Competitor of Sabian is Zildjian and vice-versa for these 2 companies.....I guess that's the reson also why many who loves Ziljian, loves Sabian too.

These 2 companies owns one of the Largest Share of Cymbals Sales in the World, but Hm.mmmmm "the best" is very subjective lol !....

Just to share - I actually learn to love all Brands of Cymbals after I went to Drum Hobbiest home where I really get to hear the difference between the Brands - They are different & unique in their own way...certain range of these Cymbal Manufacturer are really lovely....I understand now - why drum hobbiest have so many cymbals....
