isolation system

Hey guys,
right now, im using a mesa rectoverb head into a 1936 cab with 75s inside and its loud as hell. At home, its impossible for me to turn it up so i was contemplating on investing in an iso speakerbox and all the neccessary equipment, monitor speakers etc..
But, im not very sure on the following things:

What is the most basic list of equipment needed for an isobox system?

How much would the cheapest solution cost?

Where can i find the neccessary equipment, isobox etc...?

If anyone can help me out on this, id greatly appreciate it. If what im invisioning in my head is totally ridiculous please let me know! If you have any ideas related to this, please offer them!

What is the total dimesion of your head and cabs?

Cabinet Dimensions: 750 x 600 x 310mm

i was thinking that it may be easier to purchase a isolation box with a speaker cone and a mic inside e.g. Randall, instead of isolating my entire cabinet myself.
