Do I have to pay GST? And the GST is included in my purchase thus Ishibashi pays the GST first?

Anything you import that's more than SG$400 is liable for GST. And no, the price you pay to Ishibashi does not include GST.

When the guitar comes, Singpost deliver it to your doorstep and ask for the GST there. If you do not have cash at that point of time, they'll bring it back to their warehouse and keep it there till you pay up.

The Gst is a killer. I paid like $122 for something i imported and felt pretty wasted. :evil:
