Is the Pedal Power 2 worth the money?

Is it worth it to invest in a Pedal Power 2 or any sort of brick power supply as opposed to just using a one spot? For example does it drastically reduce pedal noise and what not?

Depends on what pedals you are running. eg the line 6 echo park is especially prone to noise when daisy chained. For me, I switched from a onespot to a trex chameleon, made no difference at all (besides the range of power options available)

Depends on whether there is noise in the first place.
If your current pedal chain doesn't have any conceivable noise then I suppose there won't be much tonal differences.

However, isolated power supplies such as the CIOKS DC10 are surge protected, noise-free (from clock noise, and the inherent quirkiness of certain fuzz pedals) and give you options to power your pedals at different voltages (provided they can handle the different voltages). I made the switch when my Onespot died without any warning in the middle of a jamming session. My other guitarist claimed that changing from a daisy-chained Zoom adapter to a Supa Charger was the best decision he made as it 'opened' up the tone of most of his drive pedals. Maybe the Zoom was underpowering his chain or maybe an isolated power supply really does change your tone. I can't say for sure since I made the switch several years back.
