Is My GE-7 spoilt or is it like dat?

Hey guys, after some tme, i managed to start playing wif my effects!

i realised dat everytime i swith on the power to my pedal board, my GE7 always is on.

even when i switch off all my pedals, and switch off the power, and on again, the GE7 switches on again unless i step on it to turn it off!

is it like this or is there someting wrong wif it?

pls help!
