the shop at Funan ctr Christopori or something like that.They charge abt 1.5 k .The last time I asked.So at that price I decided to go for a weighted key electric piano

yamaha has a series of upright piano which has silent funtion (by depressing the switching the middle pedal). you could rehearse using headphones.
