Is it just me, or are those Panasonic ads really , really, really, really annoying...

I'm talking about the stupid Panasonic navirace ads -they are just so annoyingly intrusive - you can't move your mouse over so many parts of the stupid screen without a stupid annoying flyout popping up which won't go way when you mouse off...
