hi, i'm a librarian from library@esplanade. rather new to the job, so thought of joining this forum to see how the library could be any help to members of this forum in any way. can be music scores, instructional or performance materials, or even performance venue.

i've been there once, wanted to find books or articles related to guitar .... eh...but cant find any (maybe my library skill is worse than my guitar skill)

glad u like the place. and u r not alone, i had the same prob navigating as well.

materials for guitar and other forms of music are at the "Music village", which is at the right wing of the library upon your entrance, in front of the cafe.

u shld then first see the magazines, books, CDs, videos and finally the music scores section.

Regardless of format, majority of guitar materials bear the spine no. 787.87-.
However some might be classed according to the music genre, eg. 781.65- for Jazz.

Do note that audio visuals and scores require premium membership at $21 per year.
