sup ppl, jasper here.

firstly, great to meet all you guys here in SOFT. got to know of this superb online haven for musicians from my mate and i've had a blast reading through the various posts so far.

i'm a drummer. took piano up to grade 4 (stopped cos i totally dreaded theory), played flute in my sec sch band and can play a little on the guitar and bass too. been planning to go for drum and bass lessons to learn the proper techinques to become a fuller musician 'cos sad to say, i've only recently realised how darn important theory is, lol!

i'm into most genres of music, but i first started out listening to rock 'n' roll and metal. got many favourite bands and these are my top few favs - metallica, aerosmith, guns 'n' roses, AC/DC, dream theater and iron maiden.

once again, it's just wonderful to meet so many other music enthusiasts here! cheers
