I’ve been lurking round this forum for the past couple of days and I’m glad to discover a music website dedicated solely for our local music scene. Let me give yall a brief intro about myself.
I have been playing the guitar for almost a year now, I own a fender squire, boss DS-1 distortion pedal and a smarvo amp. I dream of owning an ESP M-II or a gibson les paul standard. I stopped attending lesson after 2 months since I first started playing cuz my instructor started teaching me music theory and I freaked out. I do most of my practicing by learning tabs now. I’ve recently graduated from Singapore poly and am awaiting enlistment this September. My music influences are Karl Sanders, Coldplay, Lenny Kravitz, George Bellas, Trivium, Kaiser Chiefs, Al Dimeola, Electrico, Hoobastank, Fort Minor, Steve Morseand many others. I like how everyone in this forum are friendly and I hope to improve on my playing skills by learning from the more talented musicians here, as well as being kept updated about the latest gigs in Spore. I guess this will be it for my self-introduction.
