Hi all,

My name is Brahim HAMADICHAREF, French researcher, been in Singapore
since March 2007. Worked for I2R (A*Star) and now at NUS.

You can read more about my research and interests
http://www.tech.plymouth.ac.uk/spmc/brahim/

My field of expertise is audio signal processing in particular sound analysis,
synthesis and perceptual evaluation of audio quality (PEAQ).

I am the Secretary of the Audio Engineering Society (AES) Singapore Section
http://www.aes-singapore.org - http://www.aes.org

My interests are in Electronic Musical Instrument (EMI), technology, analogue
and digital electronics for audio, digital signal processing, etc.

Favorite music include Jean-Michel Jarre, Erasure, PetShopBoys, Dido,
Prodigy, DJ Tiesto, Massive Attack, Daft Punk, etc.

I would be interested to create an 'electronic music club' in which we would try
to research, develop and build some electronic musical instruments either from
some old analog schematics or programming computer-based digital plug-in (VST).

Gears: Oxygen8, Yamaha WX11 + WT11, Korg P3, 2x Lexicon MPX500
proud owner of a Yamaha VL1-m Virtual Acoustic Tone Generator :)

Best regards

Brahim
