International/Regional Bands CD that you can't find in Singapore!

I have nothing better to do, so here we go.
Band: The Early November
Album: The Mother, The Mechanic and The Path
Genre: Emo/Rock/Acoustic

Went to HMV, they said they could import it. Paid a deposit of $10, waited for 2 mths, almost forgotten about it, and they called back saying couldn't ship it over. -.-
Anyone know where I can get it other than online?

Looked high and low for that one before I found out that there were only 3000 copies of that, HMV said they may be able to import it, but considering the songs in the EP is on their upcoming album, why bother
