IN-House Songwriter?

If a company ask you to meet them for discussion of songs and possible get sign in as IN-House Songwriter.

What does it really mean?

Stay at home and wrote songs for them or actually go the company to do the job?

means you can only and will only write songs for them. you are not allowed to write for other people. look at the terms carefully ;D.. basically you are their resident composer and will only compose for them.
