Ibanez Artcore guitars

Hi there.

Was browsing through sweetwater.com recently. Noticed that the Ibanez Artcore series was going on sale (USD$399).
Anybody played those series before? Are there any local shops that sells them? Thanks!

I did. I had an AF75 for 3 years before I sold it off because of financial reason. Don't be taken in by the made-in-china talk. Its an extremely well built guitar. I play a lot of blues plus the occasional post-rock songs that require mostly single string action. It has a very full sound and resonates nicely. I missed it really because it took a lot of beating but it still played well and had hardly a scratch.
I now own a Gretsch6120 though. I bought mine from swee lee at SGD$450. But that was in 2006.

Hmmmm. im actually looking for dedicated jazz models. Tone wise how does it sound? More mellow? how does it compare to lets say..an epiphone broadway or any other hollowbody archtops? How much did you buy off at swee lee?
