hi
just wanna know how much difference is there between a ibanez wizard neck
and a fender modern "c" neck

is da fender modern c neck as fast as da wiz?

thnks alot

no fender's neck are thick , huge different in both of them . fender has more of a nice radius neck and ibanez has the thin flat neck.

ive tried da c shaped neck on 1 of my frens tele
kinda hard 2 play on
but i cant find a modern c shape 1
ive oso heard tt a modern c shape neck is more flat n thin compared 2 da c shape neck

any model of fenders or squiers do u noe sport a modern c shaped guitar at swee lee or sumting?

yeah try them out. they're very different. btw am i the only person who hates the [ profile of wizard necks?

i dont like the profile of wizard necks also, prefer the wide-thin neck of prses. though thats not possible on a prs se since they come with a wide fat neck.

im considering of getting either a modern c neck profile tele
or either a esp
is da esp neck more or less da same as da ltd 50 series?

whichever neck comes closer 2 a wiz
i'll favour tt 1

the highway one's have modern C.

for a sumptuous C-profiled neck but nothing over-bearing depth-wise, the Ibanez SZ models should be a consideration.

The modern C necks are not really thick. Mainly found on Americans and Deluxes. They are zippy enough, yet allow you enough palm leverage to grip the neck comfortable when bending and playing chords comfortably. The Wizard necks are taxing on the hand when playing for a long time. Too thin, and makes the guitar feel like the string tension is higher than average. For example, 10s on a modern C will feel easier to bend than 10s on a wizard. But it's all in the mind. Mainly cos your hand has no leverage.

I think is a nice profile, but there's too much of a neck shoulder for my liking.
