I want to buy an acoustic guitar. Opinions?

I would like to buy an acoustic guitar with pickup or preamp. Shape preferred is dreadnaught and cutaway, also with solid-top.

But which brand should i get? Any colours to choose from? Price?

My budget is $300-$400.
