Hey guys hmm Im not sure if heres the right place to post this but I have a question. I'm currently turning 19 this year , have another 2-3 years till I enter amry and I wanna learn piano.
Currently I'm learning pop piano at hark music with uses keyboard and from what I've seen I'm acutally learning keyboard lesson instead of pop piano which yamaha teaches without fake sheets but some real grand scores while some yamaha courses like keyboard *unweighted keys* / pop piano "clavinova" (weighted keys) but using some grand score book. I was wodnering if I was learning the right thing over at hark music , been there for 3 months , learning accompaniments and etc.. And I was a bit confused whether I should stop it and start all over as I want to be able to learn properly by reading , I used to learn classical but it was really boring , yamaha's comtempo course is around 3 years.. I was wondering if there are any pop piano yamaha students here who can give me advices, at the end of everything I still wanna be a ble to play a bit of classical pieces though and pop , blues etc..
