I need a small studio...HELPPPPP!!!

anyone knows where i can rent a small studio that has a keyboard and a guitar just to play some acoustic sets....

i know people normally bring their own guitar but this is a bit different...so if anybody knows pls let me know...can have mic or no mic in the studio lah....
