yeah, my SX beginner amp is dying out (sometimes not even a sound)

what good amp can i get with a budget of $200??

im hoping its a marshall..

haha i know, im actually asking for myself.. haha.. was actually thinking of getting a mini stack or a tube amp.. tube amp sure sound better.. but would it be overkill? just for room practice and dun really hit v high vol..

precisely why marshall

seriosuly i dont like the MG15 just no where near a real marshall tone

i would go for vox however dont depend on the distortino because it soudns honky to me

for tube amp if you have real spare cash then invest in a serious solid tube amp...

overkill or not overkill is depend on you... you want the sound then go for it

I dunno why I bought a washburn BD25R( Got it long ago at swee lee sale, now they dun even sell these anymore ) .. I wonder is it good comparing against the ones suggested..

imo all the bad dog amps frm washburn are crap, except for that really nice bd75r at allmusic, their just too trebly

anw mi opinion stays, the best practice amp below $200 is the vox pathfinder imo, really nice clean channel but the overdrive is best left to a pedal

Haha its quite good if you have good speakers la, but if you want it to be louder or jam with a pal, amp better la. Computer spoil then how? No computer at least still got amp and guitar to play all day long. :D

not true- depends on what kinda tone you embrace. some tube amps are mud-inducers.

want a low wattage tube amp: Ibanez ValBee (5W)

that's becuse people equate the Marshall tone to the sound of its tube units. the small Marshall combos are definitely NOT justified representatives of a 'Marshall tone'.

i seriously think that the Ibanez valbee will be one of the HOT item to get on the swee lee sales...

not surprising, i'm stuck with my peal amp for more than a year now. planning to get a new amp and give that small crap amp off to some beginner. since it's still in good working condition.
