The debut album from the man from High Wycombe took the charts by storm in 1984 by heading straight to the number one spot and selling 100,000 copies in the first week of release. The album spent a total of 57 weeks in the charts

The album was again produced by Rupert Hine, who also produced Humans Lib. Some later versions of the vinyl saw a different version of No One Is To Blame, which features Phil Collins on Drums, backing vocals and production.

It is a black deluxe Numbered packaging with different artwork to the 2nd release which is the standard release in a jewel case with green artwork. The Australian release features a bonus CD with new mixes.
