How to succeed in the local music scene ?

Haha. It's not easy making a band. I've tried many times and failed. It's whether your other peers are also equally as dedicated as you and whether all your ideas are streamlined together :D

There're always festivals like Noise Singapore to help you out and give you a headstart.

Plus we've got The Apprenticeship Program where you can spend 10 weeks under the guidance of an industry mentor.

This year's music apprentices were mentored by veterans (like Don Richmond, Kevin Mathew etc), and have really benefited from it, so maybe you can too.

How do we expand our music to the local audience ? I mean like erm, get our songs to everybody arnd sg? any tips on tht?

: )

You don't.

Ok ok that was entirely tongue-in-cheek. Start doing your homework, record a demo and mail a press kit to various magazines to promote.
