how to make backing tracks

hi i wanna practise my guitar.but i dun like using the midi sound engine of guitar pro. how can i make backing tracks of songs without guitars?

its too troublesome to make backing track, unless you wanna program it via midi controller, softwares and stuff, sequence everything together

try google around for backing track sites, there should be quite a number of sites with those track to download and use...
