this is where i learn some of my HTML and web building stuff last time. hope ya find it useful. But then it's best that u learn to use Dreamweaver. Alot easier to make websites using it once u mastered it.

personal webpage huh...
ermm, is a blog counted as a personal webpage?
its only one paged though.
so, yeah, maybe u can get a blog, then get used to editing the template. it'll get u used to some tags.
then u can move on from there.

abode photoshop > macromedia fireworks > macromedia dreamweaver.

create all your pages using adobe, then use fireworks to slice everything and then use dreamweaver to link them up. something like that haha.
