hey guys, i'm still quite new with this whole pedal board thing.
so i really won't mind a little advice from anybody.
thanks

here's the list of pedals i have right now,
KORG DT10 tuner
MI Audio Tubezone
Boss DS1
Digitech Digidelay
(will be getting a MXR 10 Band EQ)
MXR Dyna Com.

so how do i arrange in the right or best order?
thanks alot, any advice will be greatly appreciated.
cheers

here it goes .

Guitar > Tuner > Main Distortion > Booster(overdrive) > Eq > Delay > Amp .

I'm pretty darn sure i'm right hahah

It's very much based on personal preference, as to all things music.

But for me,

I'll have the tuner first in line, so that it'd get a clean signal from the guitar.
Next'll be the compressor, some people like it last though. Got to experiment.
Then it'd be the drives, followed by the delay.
The EQ can either be set at the front or the end of the line, preference again. When I had an EQ, I used to like it at the end.

Actually, I feel that the Tubezone makes the DS-1 redundant. Unless you're a fan of the DS-1 sound signature, then keep it for that sake.
Otherwise, the Tubezone can sufficiently cover all the drive-duties. It can do a nice overdrive, all the way to a heavy-gain chug.

I suppose you're just starting out with pedals? Just remember that sometimes, less means more. I used to have a shitload of pedals, now I'm just keeping the bare essentials. That is a drive, a fuzz and a delay. I quickly found that I'd prefer not having the EQ, the compressor and what not in my chain.

Again, preference.

(:

just wondering why not compressor? is it cuz of tone sucking and limited dynamics? i'm wondering cuz i'm thinking of removing it from mine too ha ha

oh i'm keeping the ds1 because my band play a few genres of music, so i wanna keep the ds1 because i dont want to keep changing the settings on my tubezone when different songs are concerned. so yah,
yah cause i read on so many other forums that sometimes the tuner shd come first and so on and forth.
so was just hoping that anyone of you guys might have some good tips or experience to share.
and thanks alot!

really appreciate it guys.

KORG DT-10 >MXR Dyna Comp > Boss DS-1 > MI Audio Tubezone >MXR 10-Band EQ >Digitech Digidelay

the arrangement of the ds-1 and tubezone is really up to personal preference. some people prefer the OD pushing the Distortion and vice versa

hey guys, i know this is a really noob question.
but i cant find a good tone settings with my pedals.
i'm really new with the Tubezone plus the compressor kinda take the edge away.
but it sounds different with the EQ on though.
so it's really kinda tricky here.

i was just trying out to achieve the Underoath, and ATR kinda tone.
but god i failed miserably.
so any help would be awesome.

thanks for your patience once again!

jeremy.
