CV50 is listed at 630SGD (=510USD). Shouldn't they be available for cheaper? Like around 430SGD?
I am looking for a beginner, cheap guitar for instrumental/blues kind of tone and easy playability.

Well you have to take into account shipping costs. Even if you ship it in, it'll end up more or less that price. Definitely the CV tele. They sound and play superbly for that price range.

My budget is not <300SGD. My budget is < 400-450SGD (earlier it was <400, now with some extension, it is <450) !!
And yes < = less than.
