How is this done???????

Don't really know what are you referring about but if its the key they're singing in, I believe he used a pitch correction software like Autotune or something.

I know most of the song. The guy extract the voice out and change the pitch and timing. How can it be done?

There are software that removes vocals from the rest of the mix (although not perfect). Not sure about software that does the opposite, although it should theoretically be possible (and again, probably not perfect). Google?

Hey bro, I didn't check out the link but if you wanna alter the pitch of a song, you can try downloading Song Surgeon. I just download a demo version of it from the website http://www.songsurgeon.com/ .What Song Surgeon does is it slows down a song so that you can actually hear how the instruments in a song are being played. Let's just say that you hear a really fast guitar player like Malmsteen and you wanna learn to play his guitar solo on the guitar but can't make out what he's doing cos it's so fast. So Song Surgeon allows you to slow down the song (or whatever instruments for that matter) so that you can actually hear what he's playing note for note on the guitar! Pretty amazing if you would to ask me! Anyway, other features include vocal removal (thou it does not remove the vocals completely), pitch altering etc. Try it out and tell me what you think of it!

There are some VSTs that allows you to "kill centre" and leave you with a track without vocals, as the vocals are usually panned at the centre. I'm pretty sure theres something to do the other way round.

There is a way! Take one original and instrumental/karaoke version on the project. Inverse the polarity of one of them. The vocal will come out and the music will be very silent. Note that you need to alight both track as tight as possible. Also the gain must be as close too. But there is no 100% of removing the music.

For logic, it is under insert gain plug in and trigger the polarity switch.

this is juz a standard dj thing. They can pitch shift the songs to a specific key. And the tempo of the different songs can also be mapped into a same tempo. They come out with a beat first. "beat" in the black hip-hop lingo means the backing track. Then place the vocal track on top. Then they use some musical elements to transit into different songs, using their own ideas, judging by the melody, arrangement, etc.

actually i dun tink this is a good dj mix as well. The transition between some of the songs isn't smooth. The flow of the music isn't well done too. The climax and the low point is vague. The whole mix has no highs and lows. When you play this in a club, the crowd won't be able to dance to this very well. But he has some good ideas here and there, such as insert a part of a song in between lines of another song.

Mash Ups

This is called mash ups. Basically its a demo tape for Djs. Mash-ups is a Love it or Hate it kinda thing. Comment arguments for djs worldwide.
The 10 mins cramped mash-ups will be expended ín his club sets, if not careful it can be too noisy. As you can hear, alot of commercial tracks or "Hot Club" samples or tracks are re-entered, its to attract the club or party organisers. He might be a video dj as his mixes are portrayed through video.

Another example:

What he do is just looping and rearranged the tracks, both acapella and instrumental individually..
