I am doing a presentation next week about Music and it should be a informative speech about it. May i know if any of you guys can help me because i dont know what to talk about at all. i dont know if i should talk about the different genre of music and give example on people playing that genrre of music or should i talk about musical instrument on how like guitar came about might afraid it might be too boring for people who are hearing my speech

how about playing music for them to make it less interesting?
talking about genres is a good thing to give a speech on. perhaps you could also talk about the types of music groups out there ( eg. marching bands/Orchestras/choirs/rock bands/duets).

where are u giving this speech and what is your audience like? the people who are listening can factor to a lot of things..
